Digital Product Consultant (m/f/d)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Working alongside the Head of UK operation your role will primarily focus on nurturing and supporting key accounts with product information from our portfolio of digital solutions (3D, AI, Cloud, 2D)

• High level demos to senior teams
• Management of proof of concepts and customer trials
• Responsible for supporting key clients with product information
• Working closely with clients to understand workflows and processes
• Working with the Head of UK operation supporting the day to day running of the account
• Supporting client requirements for strategic documentation and input to an RFI process
• Overseeing and managing customer digital transformation projects, where required
• One-day and multi-day business trips to our customers, to trade shows and our innovation centres
• Trainings and coaching of our 3D products, based on your skill set
• Bespoke content creation, based on your skill set
• The role is a creative and strategic account management and consultancy position - advisory not sales

YOUR PROFILE:

• Degree in Fashion studies or a similar education
• Qualifications and experience in a similar position
• Experience in end-to-end digital transformation in fashion
• Understanding of how to deliver value proposition
• Good skills of analysing workflows
• Dynamic and fast thinker
• Understanding of UK market
• Knowledge of Style 3D, CLO 3D or other 3D solutions
• Pre-Sales skills
• Project management skills and experience
